📋 Mission & Purpose
R3 Family Foundation's official purpose, as stated in our Articles of Incorporation filed December 15, 2025:
"To promote compassionate care, wellness, education, and opportunities for children, families, and animals through grants, programs, and community engagement."
The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable, educational, and community benefit purposes as described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No part of the net earnings of R3 Family Foundation inures to the benefit of any private individual.
👥 Board of Directors
Board members serve voluntarily and do not receive compensation for their board service. The Board of Directors governs the organization and is responsible for ensuring that R3 Family Foundation fulfills its mission and maintains financial accountability.
💚 Donations & Financial Use
R3 Family Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please retain your donation confirmation or receipt for tax purposes.
Donations are used to fund:
• Dog rescue, fostering, and rehoming support
• Grants to qualifying animal welfare organizations
• Community education programs
• Foundation operating costs
R3 Family Foundation does not sell donor information or share it with third parties. As a newly incorporated organization, our first annual financial reports will be made available once filed with the IRS (Form 990).
